Wow, how the time does fly!

I admit it, I am a horrible blogger.
I have no excuses.
Well, now that that is out there let's do some catching up, shall we?

There is no way I can recall or be able to re-tell what all has been happening since my last post, oh, way back in July!
But here's a little of the high lights.

Lily started playing soccer this year. Her team actually did really well, and they made it to the tournaments. She was very excited to have won two medals, and they got a trophy also.
We had fun going to her games, but I won't lie, I was glad when the season was over.

Madilyn started Kindergarten this year. She loves being able to go with Lily to school, or at least at the beginning she did. Right now however, I have to practically drag her out of bed in the morning to get her up and ready to go. She is not the most pleasant child to wake up. She's like her Momma, she likes her sleep! She can also whistle. Why is that unusual? Well, she is missing six of her front teeth, and two more are loose.

Tessa, well, that little one is just a blessing! She is the most cuddly, smart, sweet, happy baby girl! I just love her so stinkin much!
She has grown and changed so much since we have brought her home. Looking back now, it really is amazing. I can see the attachment is in full swing. When we got her, she didn't cry, which worried me at first, because sometimes, they say that it's good for the baby to cry, because it shows that they can attach to someone, and that they were attached to their caretaker. There were six babies from her orphanage in our group, none of them cried. During the red couch photo with all the babies, she didn't cry, just sat there looking at the others like what's their problem?
When we first got home, we were not going to let anybody hold her, but, it was too hard to not let the grandma's hold her for a few minutes. At first she was o.k. with it, but after a few weeks, she showed us, she didn't want anybody else to hold her but us. This was a good sign! So we did just that, hardly anybody held her for many months. Now? if they ask her if they can hold her, she will shake her head no. She is very attached to me, although she loves her daddy, when she is sick (which has not been but a few times) or tired, she only wants me. I love that!
Within the past few months though she is more and more comfortable around the extended family. She will willingly go to her Mimi and Nana.
I don't want to just assume she is fully attacked, but I see no signs that she is not.
The final test was Sant@ Cl@us. She screamed as soon as I was putting her on his lap. Reaching for me even though her sisters were right beside her. She now does the same thing at the doctors office. When we first got her, she was fine with it, even in China, she was one of the few at the medical exam that didn't cry. But wow, now, even when I set her down on the scale, she starts screaming. Oh, and when the doctor actually touches her, well, my poor little baby, she wants no part in it.
She's really come a long way, and is such a joy, and a little ham. She love her some music, and I swear she is going to be gifted in that area some way.
She FINALLY started walking a few weeks ago, and she digs it too, she just goes around the house, just cause she knows she can, with the cutest grin on her face. Did I mention yet how much I love her? We all do, and she loves her sisters so much too, always wanting to be apart of their playing.

Oh, and we saw this sweet face for the first time one year ago today!

We are truly blessed!
Here she is today, I just took her for her 18 month old pictures.

I won't make any promises, but I will try to post more often, even if it's just pictures.
Here's some from the past few months.
